RETURNS & REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we are here to assist you with returns, cancellations, and refunds. Please carefully read the following conditions and guidelines regarding these processes:

RETURNS

Wrong Item or Damaged Product: If you receive an item different from what you ordered or if the product is substantially damaged or deteriorated at the time of delivery, please provide us with the necessary proofs, including images showing the issues.

Initiate Exchange or Return: Upon delivery, we recommend checking the products immediately and initiating an exchange or return through our platform. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team for assistance.

Product Condition: Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns if the product packaging is unopened and the product itself is unused and in its original condition. Once a product has been opened or used, either partially or entirely, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.

Timeframe: Requests for exchange or return must be made on the same day of delivery. We will not accept any exchange or return requests made after this timeframe. If a refund is processed, we may request you to dispose of the product for which the refund was issued.

CANCELLATIONS

Pre-Acceptance Cancellation: You have the option to cancel an order free of charge at any time before we accept the order.

Post-Acceptance Cancellation: Once we have accepted the order, you cannot cancel it.

Company Cancellations: In certain cases, we may need to cancel an order (in full or partially) due to reasons such as product shortage, unavailability, or force majeure events. If we cancel your order, you will not be charged, and we will process a refund for any payment already made.

REFUNDS

Processing Time: When you request a cancellation or return and we verify the eligibility of the products and related documents, the refund for eligible products will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of verifying and confirming the refund request.

Fulfillment of Conditions: Your refund will be processed only when all the stipulated conditions are fulfilled as specified by us.

Refund Method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source account or to your Shoppebazzar Wallet, depending on your choice during the refund process.

Time to Reflect in Your Account: Please note that after the refund initiation, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment gateway service provider.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Please be aware that the acceptance of returns, cancellations, and refunds may be subject to reasonable additional conditions. We will communicate these conditions to you through push notifications on the platform or any other specified mode of communication, as determined by the company, from time to time.
